Playa Grande, in Arico in the south of Tenerife

Playa Grande, also known as Playa el Poris, is a little known destination for tourists. This makes it a great choice if you want to enjoy remarkably clear waters and an excellent view of the peak of Teide, either alone or with your family.

The always calm water allows children and adults to cool off safely at any time. In addition, the sand has a light brown colour and the fine texture makes lying down to take a nap a truly relaxing and rewarding experience.

Another positive aspect is that the Arico Town Council is in charge of the constant cleaning of this beach, which makes it a great place for everyone to enjoy.
